We are going to call today’s look “Halloween inspired”, as it is not a Halloween costume. But I, like many people I know who also dress a bit..funky, often get asked around this holiday what our costume is when we are not wearing one. I was asked just a few days ago, when I was wearing my fuzzy leopard coat and tortoise shell sunglasses, as I have just recently had work done on my eyes and need them to stay covered. But it’s true that the leopard print with the tortoise shell print can look a bit costume. Then earlier today I wore my long flowy black kimono and tall black boots. Again I was asked what my costume is. There is no other holiday I ever get these kind of reactions to my regular everyday outfits. Late October gives us permission to dress weird, and I love it. Outfit details will be listed below.
I also wanted to mention I am currently hosting a Halloween Giveaway with several other bloggers and shops. The giveaway winner will get a brand new MacBook Air and a $100 gift card to Target!! A prize that I think anyone would enjoy. I will link the giveaway HERE (now closed), where there are more details for those who are interested 🙂
