Closet Staples: Statement Accessories

With festival season and summer in full swing I wanted to share my ultimate favorite statement accessory. This is the item I would wear to almost any festival or event where I’m dancing a lot. Not only does it take literally a second to put on but it also makes the outfit 10 times more extravagant. To prove this I put on a fairly simple plain black look. There is some velvet burn out details in my pants and my cardigan is furry but that’s it. I wore my favorite trusty hat with the silver hardware to match the belt, but not nearly enough silver to overshadow it. This is also why I decided to keep my neck bare and wear minimal jewelry.

While the belt does come in just the one size is fortunately very adjustable and can fit all sorts of sizes. I am usually an extra small and this could probably fit up to a a large.
